Limited Warranty
Screw Products, Inc. warrants its DeckLok Lateral Anchor System product line to be free from defects in material or manufacturing. DeckLok Lateral Anchor System products are further warranted as to adequacy of design, provided products are properly specified and installed.
This warranty does not apply in the event products are altered in any way or are improperly installed. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of products proven to be defective. Screw Products, Inc. has made no other warranty, express or implied, regarding its DeckLok Lateral Anchor System products, including, but not limited to, any warranty regarding merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. Any claim that a product is defective must be brought within 1 month of the date of installation of such products by the original purchaser. Customer hereby agrees that no other incidental or consequential damages are the responsibility of Screw Products, Inc.
We are unaware of any damages caused by defective DeckLok Lateral Anchor System products or that any defective products have been sold and/or installed. Where parts are designed to work together, DeckLok Lateral Anchor System products are not warranted if installed in conjunction with other non-DeckLok products. DeckLok Lateral Anchor System products are not warranted if installed using fasteners other than those specifically recommended by our corresponding literature.
