Designed to reduce the risk of collapse on any deck project, DeckLok's deck bracket system significantly strengthens connections between deck components. It redirects the force from a pullout to a shear load in the connection at the deck floor joist. The system has been engineered for the three most critical safety connections on a deck: stair stringers, ledger boards that connect a deck to the structure, and railing systems. When used to anchor ledger boards to the rim joist of the house, DeckLok brackets provide up to 4,000 pounds of resistance to deck pullout and collapse.
